Real Estate Sales Flyer

Project: To create a real estate sales flyer to showcase the best features of the home by being concise, eye-appealing, and informative.

Challenge: This home is being sold by the owner’s family. Being that this home was occupied by an older person in a golf course community I wanted to appeal to a similar audience, but also appeal to a middle-aged audience.

Solution: I created this flyer using a graphics program and my copywriting skills. It was important to use keywords that focus on a future buyer’s wants and needs (that’s copywriting) to bring a buyer to the table. Some of the best features of this home are that it has zero steps, is classy and modern, and it makes for easy living and entertaining on a golf course. With For Sale signs, this sales flyer posted outside the home, and networking, a full-price offer was accepted 6 days later!
